We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to work for a financial client in Singapore. Candidates should have good knowledge of Derivative products and good SQL skills. The role will be working mainly Front Office but will cover some Middle and Back Office.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather business requirements and translate into IT solutions
Write technical specifications for IT development
Unit, functional & non-regression test strategy definition and execution
Coordination with release and quality assurance teams, including specs for test automation
Participate in solution design / architecture
Assist in project steering and coordination
User training and support
Support in documentation writing (functional aspects)
Contribute to BA team (trainings, knowledge sharing)

You will be shaping IT infrastructure architecture designs and roadmaps to provide good practice security and infrastructure foundations for building the IT trading application landscape on top.
What you will do
Derive the strategic infrastructure requirements with clear cloud focus based on the guidelines, risk considerations, and business requirements
Define the future IT target infrastructure architecture models along the given short-term strategic requirements and Group framework
Be the responsible design authority for security and infrastructure architecture
Define IT infrastructure requirements towards Group and represent those in the corresponding forums on Group level
Initialize security and infrastructure architecture relevant projects
Define (resp. coach) the design of the solution architecture within the implementation of security & infrastructure projects
Bring in infrastructure-relevant architecture aspects into application design and implementation, and be seen as a good sparring partner of the solutions architects.
Follow IT security and infrastructure trends and asses their potential in the context of the IT landscape at hand
Insure and support adequate documentation of the security & infrastructure architecture
What you bring & who you are
You hold a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, or you have equivalent practical experience
You possess excellent relationship-building, collaboration, consultation, and influencing skills, and are able to work cross-functional with multiple teams and stakeholders
You have a broad knowledge of infrastructure architecture design; Experience in this area in a Trading environment would be an advantage
You possess an in-depth understanding of relevant security standards, frameworks, and controls (e.g. ISO 27001/27002) as well as certification in cloud architecture solutions
You have an aptitude for technical design, with the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly and know when it is appropriate to apply them

Our well established Finance client is looking for a Cyber Security Audit Specialist to join their Basel based team in a permanent role.
Your role:
As Senior IT Auditor you will perform audit assignments with primary focus on IT/cybersecurity. We are growing our team and you will be providing high value and trusted guidance to internal partners including C-Level Management representatives.
Your responsibilities:
Design and execute risk-based audit plans and programs, in order to asses risk and effectiveness of key technology and security controls for critical process and systems
Communication of Audit Results in the course of closing meetings
Drafting of meaningful reports and monitoring of implementation of agreed actions
Collaborate with IT and Business Auditors, to raise awareness of the necessary improvements and identified risks to the control framework

Your profile:

This role will be to work as a Deputy to the Head of Finance within a small team, so the successful candidate will need to step up as and when required.
The role requires a presence in the office 4 days a week.
What you will do
Conduct budgeting and forecasting
Financial analysis to support decision-making
Work with the Head of Finance on the management of statutory and group reporting for all UK companies
Manage the relationship with external auditors and play a key role in the complex annual external and internal audit requirements
Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, government bodies etc.
